Flextone III Registration

I registered my Flextone III in 2007, but Monkey always claims that I haven't registered it, yet. When I go to the registration web page, it is already entered. This is with the Flextone appearing as connected in Line 6 Monkey.
This has happened for some years. This time I tried to add a new registration, but the web page said it was already registered. Line 6 Monkey still reported it as unregistered.
Then I removed the original entry and added a completely new entry which duly appeared in its registered item field. Line 6 Monkey still reports it as not-registered.
By offering to register later, I have been able to update Line 6 edit, but it is an irritating feature.

Roy,
We have seen this before and have logged a bug with our IT group. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Thanks, and sorry about the inconvenience.

Roy,
it's probably out of warranty by now, and I wouldn't worry about it.
If you search the forum you'll find a number of posts on this issue.
Registration gives you nothing special... except formal warranty coverage.
and as a 5yr user of my F3XL....
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT USE LINE6 MONKEY with the FlexIII.
Firmware upgrades FAIL more often than not, and backups that Monkey makes of your patches CANNOT be restored!! USELESS !!
I hate to say it, but Monkey does not fully support the Flex series.
Use L6 Edit for editing and patch library management if you want to deal with Java (or Tweakwiz at vettaville.nl for C++).
If you need to upgrade/downgrade your firmware, use this L6 utility - that's what it was built for (by Line6, not me)

You'll need to unpack it with something that supports the rar compression format (winrar, winzip)
But it works !! unlike the "maybe" you get with Monkey..
Good luck !
man this .rar is the upgrade of the flextone 3???
I just scored a mint Flextone III Plus for 150.00!
I was able to regester it as well (guess the seller never bothered to register it)
