Broken looper

I havent touched my looper in a while but i just went to turn it on

and all that happened was the screen lit up

no display or anything

no response from any buttons or knobs

i tried turning off and on again but nothing is working

ive never had this problem before

any help would be appriciated

    that sounds close to what happened to me

    when i turned on my looper, i just got the line 6 logo.

    i ended up returning mine to the store....

    I'm sorry to see this happen to your looper, but only a technician at an authorized service center can diagnose and repair this issue. They can be found at http://line6.com/service_centers/. It has a one year warranty; you'd provide a copy of your receipt to the service center for warranty service.
