I  bought the HD500 yesterday and while the output works for the headphones and through an amp with the 1/4" outputs it does not give me anything plugged direct into my mixing board ( Mackie 24/4 VLZ Pro) My old Line6 XT pod works fine through the board but not the HD 500. I set the outputs to studio/direct in utilities and still get nothing. Any help out there?
