hey so i recently purchased a toneport UX8. after setting it up and syncing it with my computer (both in the basic settings and with pod farm/gearbox), i tried to record. it processes the tone amazingly from my amp but when i try to record with Audacity it doesnt pick up anything at all through the XLR. and it only picks up left speaker when i got direct. Ive recorded before with audacity in the same settings with my GX and had no problems. and ive checked in preferences, it is synced and its set for stereo and theyre all panned to the middle. any ideas of what to try? thanks in advance
