HD 500 blank screen

Hello everyone...

I just got my second Pod HD 500 pedal (first one only pulsed - on and off for the screen),

This second one worked right out of the box. Then I did the install Monkey and updated all of the drivers and such. It seemed to work after the updates.

I then went into utilites and got to Variax and then the screen froze. I unpluged, repluged and then all I got was a blank screen.

The foot switches light up and if I turn the select knob they do change - but you can't see a thing on the screen.

I reloaded the updates and drivers, but unfortunetly no change.

Any ideas before I submit to Tech Support?

Thanks for any help...

Mike

    Hi,

It could be a bad flash install... Try this:

Hold down the DOWN arrow on the D-Pad while powering the 500 up.

The LCD will read UPDATE FLASH.

Connect it to your computer and reflash the 500.

Also, it could be under powered. Are you using the original power supply?

If you need more help, please respond to us directly:
