Disabling the L6 Link while leaving outputs active

I am including a POD HD Pro in a pedal board I am building. At times I wish to remove the POD HT-50 from the signal chain while feeding the PO-HD Pro to another amp. Is there a way to disable the L6 Link feed to the HT-50 while continuing the feed to the outputs to my other amps? Or do I need to manually turn off my HT-50 when I need this option?
