Little under a year old, my M9 only lets me use one effect at a time now. Trying to go into scene or loop mode doesn't do anything, I can ONLY change the effect by pressing the model select button. No lights lighting up on any buttons, just the LCD screen is lit. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare as their automated system is broken, I finally got put on hold for an operator, I have been "first in line" for about 30 minutes now. Who the hell do I contact to get this replaced???? How do I get through to anyone? There are no links to live chat, the phone automated system is literally broken (anything I press gives me an *invalid* recording, I have to just wait to be put on hold....which is everlasting...). This stompbox has only been used about 4 times, not remotely roughly (it was on a desk used as a looper, no stomping). Then kept in a cool dark storage by itself in a hard box, not near anything that could hurt it. Suddenly it stops working properly? Whats the deal?
