It sounds like it is a hareware problem, but have you tried re-installing the flash memory on the M9? If not, please do so at the following link:
IF the problem persists, it sounds like a hardware problem and would need to be taken to an authorized service center:
The M9 has a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase when bought new from an authorized dealer.
