You can't control those parameters directly with MIDI, but you can tie them to the expression pedal control functions EXP-1 or EXP-2. And then you can control those by sending MIDI CCs. It would probably be more limiting than you want, though, because as far as changing keys and/or intervals, you could only toggle between two settings (heel and toe) in any given patch where you have the effect (unless you have mulitple instances of the effect in a patch and you toggle them off and on via MIDI, too).
