How to get fbv sb mkII to work pitch glide?

I can't seem to get my pod hd pro/fbv sb mkII to use the pitch glide effect with the pedal. It says on the list of effects that I need an EX-1 pedal? I just spent $200 on this. Please tell me I don't need to buy more stuff. Already $900 on pod hd pro and the fbv sb mkII combined.

    you just need to change the pedal assignment on the effect silly...

     

    You just have to change the expression assignment on the effect to the on board pedal...I am guessing the patch you are using is setup for using the second expression pedal that you can plug into you SB...You don't have to do that...But you do need to learn how to set the expression pedal assignment...double click move with the cursor on the FX block as I recall...You might also want to change the ON/OFF to the toe switch...double click enter on the FX block as I recall...This is also in the advanced manual...
