Can I use my ipad as a sound module with mobilizer v1?

Man, the only two things I've wanted to do with my mobilizer is
a) use the ipad as a sound source, with various soft synths such as animoog.
b) use the ipad as a midi controller for external devices using apps like mugician or beboot
so far its looking like neither will work. Is this the case?
Thx!
the right apps make all the difference... touch osc is a good app for midi control.
haven't tried the other part... but probably an app for that.
I can see how I could use that for controlling apps on my PC, if I want to write a whole program. But I just want to use the ipad as a controller and vice versa. Especially the versa and use animoog and other apps as a sound source.
I'm worried this line 6 thing was a TOTAL waste of money. Hopefully I'm wrong.
I'm a little lost... if you are using it as a controller.... then you are controlling other hardware not apps?
I guess i just don't understand what you are trying to do, so sorry i couldn't be more help.
either but not at the same time. Mainly I'd like to use it as a sound source.
Can I use the ipad, and apps such as animoog, as a sound source? Or do I have to have specific line6 aware apps? I have nlogfree but not the pro version - and it doesn't work.
