Good Afternoon

I have a problem with my UX1, it doesn't turn on the LED in any color (red and green), and i have been connecting to another PC and another USB ports and  don't appear light. The computer    shows "Doesn't recognize the device USB". I used the UX1 for some months, and since three weeks ago, appear this trouble. I have uninstalling every drivers, and i have installed again, but the problem follow.
