I recently bought a Line 6 Relay G30 and after a few shows, it got faulty. Firstly, I'm based in Singapore. I went to www.citymusic.com.sg (local official distributor) where I bought the device from and had them take it look at it. Keeping in mind, the warranty's still valid for 6 more months if I recall correctly. It came as a huge surprise to me that, they said that my receiver's faulty and the warranty doesn't cover it. Telling me to get a new transmitter.
I'm thinking they can't be serious! Surely, they can't do that?
Anyway, what's the next best course of action for me? Should I send it to Line 6 and have them check it out?
