HD 500 Looper

Hi,

I need some help for my hd500.

 

I want to deactivate the looper function, so i can use the switch to control a midi cc message for my amp.

 

Is it possible to deactivate the looper function and use the looper switch like any other FS switch.

 

is that possible?

 

Anyone can help me please?

    I haven't seen any documentation that allows you to do what you're wanting to do.  On page one of the setup utilities, you can swtich from "ABCD" to "FS 5-8" to allow FS's 1 - 8 to act as footswitches.  This is called pedalboard mode.  You can still switch presets by hitting the Bank Up/Down footswitches.

    As it currently stands, there's no way to deactivate the looper button.
