POD HD500 volume Pedal question

I can't seem to get my volume pedal to go from 0-100%. Best I can get (even after setting it in the Controllers Panel for 0-100%) is about 10%-100%. In other words I can't get the heal position to turn the volume completely off?

Any suggestions?

As an update, (since I can't "reply" to anything on the forums at the moment). Pedal re-calibration was the solution. Thanks Meambobbo

You can look in the pilots handbook to calibrate the pedal. It's on page 16.

Also, I have a couple of presets where the the volume doesn't drop all the out even when in the heel position, but most of them do.

  following up on this, i just thought if you start it up in test mode, you can see the actual values the controller outputs as you rock from heel to toe. so you could verify the pedal isn't going all the way to 0 when you set it to heel and if so recalibrate.
