pod xt live no uotput

updated pod xt live to try to fix no output . download went ok still i have no output anyone got any ideas .no output headphones no output from left or right ????????????

Have you tried recalibrating the pedal? I once had no sound and realised my volume pedal was set to zero even though the physical pedal wasn't:
