output signals

Hi, I want to split my signal at the output stage of an m13 with equal quality/signal coming from both outputs but i dont know if the same signal comes out of each output. P

lease can somebody let me know how the outputs work bearing the above in mind. Many thanks

    Re: output signals

If you want to split the signal to go to two amps or something like that, simply using the left and right outputs will probably be the best way to go. Some of the effects are stereo, so the signals won't necessarily be exactly the same, but they would sound great with a dual amp setup. If you actually do want to send the exact same signal to both amps (or whatever it you're sending the signal to) the correct way to do that would be to get an A/B/Y box or other active splitter box and take the output from the left output and split it into two mono signals.

Are you talking about using the two outputs on the M13 or using a splitter? Using the M13's dual outputs won't weaken the signal. The only instance in which I could some signal weakening is when you were bypassing the M13's effects while true bypass mode, but even then I don't know if it would be an issue. But otherwise, there's no difference in signal strength between using one of the M13's outputs compared to two.
