What am I doing wrong here?

I'm running Win7 x64 ProTools10

POD X3 Live into MBoxPro

Line6 License Manager gives me this error:

"Error attempting to authorize your device

0xfd from Server - Internal Server Error"

Have tried complete uninstall/re-install still doesn't work please help...

PODFarm plug-ins won't work in pro-tools anymore without the POD X3 being authorized

Monkey Gives me this error:

"There was an error determining which Add-Ons you have installed.  ((Code 80007506) The asset table in the hardware is corrupt.)

Click the 'Reinstall' button to fix this problem (you must be connected to the Internet)

Call Customer Service if you click 'Reinstall' and still see this error."

ProTools10 gives me this error:

No Authorized Device

A required device is either not authorized or not connected

POD Farm's GUI will operate during this session but the plug-in will not process audio

Please connect your iLok or Line6 hardware and restart the application

Also this error when re-installing USB Firmware:

POD X3 Live update failed

0xff from server

Try the update again, making sure the cables are connected
