M5/M9 Causing Ground Issue?

I hear the typical ground-fault-style buzzing whenever the connector of a patch cable coming from the Output of my m5 or m9 touches the connector of a patch cable going to a different pedal. I've tested my cables with an ohmmeter as well as replacing them with different cables - the problem persists. I also tried touching different pedals to the outputs of the m5/m13 with the same results. What is going on with the Stompbox modelers that is making this happen? I don't have this problem with any other pedals on my board, and, frankly, it doesn't make sense to me how this is even possible.

Are you using the power supplies that came with the M5 and M9 to power them? What all do you have in your signal chain?
I'm using the supplied power adapter for the m9 and I'm using a PP2+ for the m5. I experience the problem on both units. The Korg Pitchblack is powered by the PP2+
