Downloading Custom Tones into Vetta 2 using Line 6 Edit

hello,

Recently bought a Vetta 2 Combo and am trying to download some tones from the Custom Tone bank but having problems.

Could anyone out there let me have a step by step process for doing this please.

I have already downloaded the Line 6 Edit programme and have a midi interface connected but just cannot fathom how to down- load the tone from the tone library and transfer it into my amp.

Step one and first things first. Make sure that you are using THE right USB/MIDI cable.
From what I've seen here the only one that seems to work for the Vetta and Line 6 Edit is the M-Audio USB to MIDI cable. It is the only one that Line6 recommends that I've seen. Anything else looks to be hit or miss, mostly miss.

After you get that, get the latest drivers installed on your computer and the cable connected to the amp properly, everything seems to fall right into place.
