problemi accensione pod hd500

ciao. non mi si accende piu il mio pod hd500.

stavo editando dei suoni con il programma edit, quando il programma si è chiuso da solo e la pedaliera si è spenta, senza che io abbia toccato niente.

ora quando si accende parte il logo "line6" iniziale ma non riesce ad accendersi, cosi si spegne di nuovo e poi ricompare il logo line6 ancora...questo processo si ripete di continuo...in pratica non riesce a partire

provo ad accendere il programma monkey ma non mi riconosce la pedaliera...

ho paura che tutti i miei preset siano stati cancellati

come posso fare per risolvere il problema?

    prova a fare un GLOBAL RESET e cioè accendilo tenendo premuta la freccia a sinistra..

    nel caso funzioni, ricordati che dopo devi fare anche la calibrazione del pedale..

    se invece non risolvi, prova a farti prestare da qualcuno lo stesso alimentatore per vedere se il problema nasce da lì..

    se anche così non risolvi, credo che ti rimanga solo l'assistenza tecnica

      Speriamo che il reset globale sarà di aiuto.

       

       

      Se così non fosse allora si potrebbe provare a sostituire il firmware. È possibile scegliere di non sostituire le preselezioni quando si installa il firmware.

       

       

      Prova a tenere premuto il tasto freccia 'Down' quando si accende l'alimentazione del HD500. Quindi utilizzare Line 6 Monkey per sostituire il firmware. Quando il software chiede se si desidera sostituire i preset: selezionare 'No'.

      If it does not then you could try replacing the firmware.   You can choose to not replace your presets when you install the firmware.

       

       

      Try holding down the 'Down' Arrow when turning on the power to the HD500. Then use Line 6 Monkey to replace the firmware.   When the software asks you whether you want to replace presets: choose 'No'.
