I am once again trying to update the software on my FBV express.  Once again I am at the stage where nothing appears to happen.  I have updated line monkey, and plugged in the pedal.  It asked if I want factory restore, to which I click yes.  It then starts the update, i.e, the blue bar moves to the end.  It then just hangs.  If I try to quit, I get a wanring not to.  The last time I let it run all afternoon, and it still didn't finish, i then just quit.  Does anyone know how long this precess is supposed to take, and if there is any other way of updating the pedal.  Dispite several attempts, I have never managed this update.
