line 6 UX2 mic problem

sup guys hey i just got my ux2 the other day and hooked up my mic to it but there was no signal at all,it is a sennhieser 835. if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it i would be very thankful

The Zen 835 is a condensor?

This needs Phantom Power I believe?

Is the phantom power on?

    Nevermind, i got it working too i just had to go to pod farm and open the mixer-panel and from there->Input and Mic1 =)

      I make that mistake all the time!! You'd think after the first 5 times of going "Damnit!! The UX2 is broken. WTF!!!??" then realizing I've got the wrong input selected, that I would learn to check that before getting ******. This thing has been pretty damn solid over the years.
