WARNING!!! There was an error in the original template. The mounting holes are 1/4" in diameter but a 1/16" Drill bit should be used to drill a pilot hole for the mounting screws. I have uploaded the corrected templates.

I made a template with Adobe Illustrator to aid in mounting the Ernie Ball Pop Out amp casters. The mounting holes may line up with the Ernie Ball Standard Mount amp casters as well as other brands of standard mount and pop out amp casters. Disclaimer: I made the template using, and only had the Ernie Ball Pop Out casters to try.

I added the image below and have attached a .png, .jpg, and Illustrator .eps version of the template. Take your pick. This worked really well when printing with and specifying 4x6 photo paper. It made a nice sturdy template. If you print on larger paper verify the printer properties are not set to "fit to page" as this will distort the image size. If you're using larger paper with the Windows XP Photo Printing Wizard Select 4x6 in. cutout prints. Always pop the casters out of the base and sit the base on top of the template and make sure everything lines up before you tape them down and start drilling. Hope this makes things easier, it definitely did for me.
