Can anyone recommend rechargeable option for micro spider

I have ordered and am awaiting a micro spider and would like to use rechargeable battery(ies) if possible.

 

Is there an option or recommended 9v alternative to alkaline batteries (some pack possibly)?

 

I realise that using replacement type C rechargeables will result in 7.2v supply and would consider that a last resort option.
