Hum Reducer not working 2012

my hum reducer on my ux2 is not working. Im using a MacBook OsX 10.5.8.

Hum reducer shows Code 80007000 disconnected even though everything else about the software is functioning.

 

And yes I have tried to change USB port, restart and jiggle etc... plz help
