E1 shows in Display

My Floor POD is not responding and is showing E1 in the display. Any idea what this means?

Not sure what that could be, but you should try resetting the Floor POD with the following procedure:

Hold MOD and DELAY while powering up. When “01” appears, disconnect power. Power up.

If the problem persists, you will need to contact an authorized service center:

  Looks like I have to have it serviced. Actually what happens when I plug it in is all the lights light up briefly, 13 appears in the display, then 00, then E1. None of the controls respond, nor the pedals.

Same here. Can i fix the problem myself? Or is there any service center in Berlin, Germany?
