i just wanted to play with my POD 2.0 and when i turn the knob to a clean sound (manual), it is heavily distorted. when i go to the presets, they all sound like a variant of a sound i created some time ago. for example, 2A which should be clean is  like my created sound with the effect from the preset.
and i already tried to reset the memory to factory preset. it does not work. it says INT but nothing is reset. 

i tried updating the firmware, i have a midi interface between pc and pod (tascam us-144 mkII) which does not work either.
