POD HD300 - Completely DEAD!

POD HD300

 

I've updated all the drivers / firmware and now the POd is completely dead! What can I try?

    I've tried reinstalling the drivers & firmware.Monkey is showing no flash memory installed, but its also greyed out and won't let me re-install. Downloading from the Line 6 downloads page, seems to only provide the realease notes & not the flash software? What am I missing?
