XLR direct out to FOH, 1/4" out to front of combo?

I want to send a direct signal to the FOH via the XLR out, and 1/4" out to the input of a combo for on stage monitoring.

 

Is it possible to configure separate ouput settings for the XLR out (studio/direct) and 1/4" out (combo front)?
