what to do with a Roland gk3

i'll be picking up a guitar with this pickup already installed on it.... would like to figure out a processor of some sort to use with it... really dont want to spend much money as i can't be sure i'll use it much at this point... can't find any direct comparisons to help sort through what i can find...

are there any other 13 pin processors out there besides roland?

knowledge, experience, and opinions appreciated... thanks!

I could be wrong ( nothing unusual in that!), but I'm pretty sure this'll only work with a Roland synth.
If you're not bothered about using it I may be interested in taking it off your hands. If you think about selling it PM me with a price?

  going to try and give a go before i unload it... who knows... my keyboard skills are pretty lackluster... might bridge the gap.

  nice to know that there are other options out there. couldn't find any for sale, or even a list price etc, so i could guage whether it's worth pursuing.
  appreciate the pointer, it sure does make my point about scarcity of info/availability etc... keep it coming

I have a Roland VG8 in a flight case I don't use anymore.
