I have had my 59 for 6 months now and have had no issues with it, as a matter of fact

Since I bought this guitar I have given away my fender strat not played the Gibson and my Taylor

12 string is a dust collecting tool. I love the versatility and the tone

Just some background on me I am not a professional I do play in a praise

Band we practice once a week and I pick up my guitar at least twice a week

To relieve stress

I have a 59 and a 69.  I love them both and haven't had any issues with either. Going on over a year with the 69 and 2 months with the 59. These guitars have allowed me to sell 4 other guitars. I love them.

I've had my 59 for about a week, so far so good, lol! I'm hoping it will be as good as my 69 which has been flawless for a year and a half.

BTW, I'm surprised at how good a guitar my 59 is. The workmanship is excellent, it plays like a dream, the mag pickups and modeling sound great.

Ive had my 59 for 2 months now. love this guitar. No problems at all. Today im ordering a DT 25 to complete the dream rig and get the discount before the 31st.

I can understand why you ask. There have been many issues listed here on problems related (i think) to QA at line 6's manufacturing plant, but I have been advised that this is the place where most of the issues on these guitars would be talked about. That dog really doesnt hunt for me, but it works for some here. In any case I agree there are more unbroken functional Variax JTV59's and 69's (mine included) than there are broken ones, even if I think the percentages shown here are too high... YMMV...
