Not sure what you mean by 'whamy bar setting'.   For any of the factory preset sounds, the pedal on the FBV controllers will either be volume or wah.  To switch from one mode to the other, you step on the toe (down) very hard (you have to be standing up, and if the FBV is on a deep soft carpet, it probably won't switch).  Some presets can be made where the pedal will adjust the pitch shift amount, but these would be set for a preset individually, it would not affect all of them.
