Unregistering Hardware

After cleaning up my house after I kicked out some hoarding relatives my TonePort UX2 is now in a landfill or ended up in another's posession. I had other's helping me clean up my house and dictated to them to be careful of what was being thrown out or given away.
My TonePort went "missing" about last month. I wish I noticed it sooner.
If it ended up in someone else's hands (which I belive it has, I let the people helping me clean give someone 4 12" speakers and a different brand of a multi-effects unit) what are the privacy/security risks if any that someone manages to register it for thier use? I'm kind of worried (maybe just paranoid) about any legal issues involved with breaching EULAs and the TOS.
I also have or soon to be had the Power Pack add-on registered as well.
Last night I uninstalled the driver, Gearbox, Farm 1, Monkey, and the License Manager, since it's no use to me anymore.
The add-ons are still linked to your account.
Nobody will be able to access you info from the device (to the best of my knowledge).
But you might want to contact Line6 directly, maybe keeping the device registered will cause problems if someone else tried to register it.
You can contact Line6 directly via a support ticket or phone:
