Need help!!!, I can not register my new POD HD 500 !!, there is Error: 523.

Hi Tech support team,

When I register my brand new POD HD 500 (just purchased), there is following error massage (pls see attached file). Why? And how can I register my gear?

"An error occurred while processing your request.

ESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. ( Error: 523)"

i bought my hd500 today and im getting this error, they need to fix this

  Have you guys actually inserted the whole serial number that is on the bottom of your hd500? The one that is automatically filled in is only the beginning of it.
