Physical Version of Pod Farm?

Can I buy Pod Farm Platinum 2.5 as a physical boxed copy to have shipped to me? I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer for this. I am planning on buying but there is nothing more that I hate than digital downloads of software. And nothing looks worse than burned backups. Not trying to sound picky or anything, but wether I can get a physical copy of Pod Farm Platinum is a big factor on my purchase of this.

the physical copies have limitations and require an ilok. i personally would never use the physical disc even if i bought this version...

    why?

because the disk would be outdated and missing crucial fixes... not to mention lack support for the latest mac os, or windows 8....

i also think that the physical copies would be pod farm 2, rather than 2.5 although the license would be eligible for the upgrade via download.

i think they've gotten away from the whole boxed thing... the limitations really annoyed people...

for instance... you can't buy model packs.... not an issue for you if you buy platinum.... but was an issue for some standard owners.

also the ilok authentication sometimes conflicted with any line6 devices....

again not a problem for some... but alot of people bought the platinum box and found out they couldn't use it with their existing line6 hardware....

i'm the opposite of you though... i wish everything was register and download...

i work in IT so i switch my computer around alot and hate digging for boxes and physical serial numbers etc...

although i prefer a box AND a download option just for possible offline use....

just don't find myself in that situation often.
