Model pack on POD XT( not in use with turning button)

Hello everybody!!

I buy 3 model pack for my POD XT,it's working great and allowed with license manager

But only if i use the computer to editing

 

So if i use the line6 edit all the packs appears on it

But if i turn on the "AMPS SELECT" button directly on the POD i don't see any NEW model pack in the little screen on the POD

I can NOT select a metal pack amp if i turn on the amp button of the pod

IS this Normal???

 

Am I obligated to  save my presets making with model packs if I want to use my POD without a computer

It's the same for the metal pack,fx,and classic amps

It doesn't appear  if i turn the fx button on the screen

    You should really use GearBox as this is the latest editor for the XT line. Download from:

      Do I Need to uninstall Line6 editor before???

      My first post

      is that I don't see the model pack amps on the lcd screen of the Pod when i turn the "Amps select" on the POD

      Do Gearbox resolve that problem to refresh or update de firmware of the POD XT??

      Because when i start the POd he's let see that all the packs are installed??

        Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were not seeing the amps in Line 6 Edit and were seeing them on the Pod XT - it seems that's it's the other way round. In any case you should still use GearBox in preference to Line 6 Edit.

         

        Now to your problem. Have you run the Line 6 Monkey? It will update any drivers and programs you need. Also it sounds like you may need to run the licence manager again to make sure everything is authorised. Be sure to use the account that you bought the packs on otherwise it will delete the packs from your POD!

         

        If you still cannot see your amps you may need to contact Line 6 Support directly:

        as they have the power to re-authorise etc.

          Hello

           

          Now i see the amps on lcd screen ,aswell it's ok

          BUT NOT THE FX JUNKIE goddamn lol!!!

          I gonna try again to see if it's working

          But let me thank you very much for your help and also for GEARBOX WONDERFULL man!!!

          I was always thinkink how to use line 6 edit and the pod as a soundcard at the same time and nothing top do it doesn't work

          Because i neede a usb and midi connection at the same time

           

          But with GEARBOX it's wonderfull and working great

          Thank you my friend!!

          Now i gonna test it for the fx and as needed contast the support to say what happend!!

          I let you know about in a few day's

            You will not see the FX Junkie as these are not amps, so will not be on the amp button. The new effects appear in their respective effect slots, e.g. "FX-Killer Z"  will be in the "Stomp" slot, "FX-Bubble Echo" will be in the "Delay" slot etc.

              Hello

               

              yeah i know that

              But i mean that i not see the fx junkie effects when i turn the "EFFETCS "button??

              The amps are ok now???

              So i see al the normal  fx  like,phaser,tremolo.. but not the fx junkie are listing on the lcd screen of the pod?fx like hi talk

              Or better explain if i look with Gearbox on pc i see al the fx listed in the "MOD"

              but when i turn the effect button on the POD i don't see the fx junkie "mod"on the lcd screen

               

              tx to help!!

               

              All the drivers are updated with line monkey!!
