How to make my pod studio ux2 work

Hello, i have encountered some problems trying to make my Pod Studio Ux2 work. I plug it in with the usb cable to my computer, open pod farm: after that it sends me off to line 6 monkey who says i don't have any device plugged in. And to add to that registering on line 6 monkey does not work so i can not identify my product.
