A couple of shows ago I kept having an issue with the cord coming loose mid-song.  I tried to use it again last night and before I could proceed I noticed that the cord would not "click" into place and I could freely pull it out without pressing the black button.

How can I get this taken care of?  There is no service center within 120 miles of me.
