Midi Controllers are not functioning with my UX2

I have had my UX2 for a few months now, and have just recently bought a MIDI keyboard (Korg MicroKey)
But the UX2r doesn't seem to let my software recognise the Korg, and only has 'UX2' as selections.
I have plugged the controller into a different computer, and managed to set my korg up in Native Instrument's 'Massive' Software with ease.
In native instruments 'Massive' software in the 'input interface' in the MIDI tab, UX2 is the only option on my computer, while 'MicroKEY 37' was the only option on the other PC.
I would really like to find a way to make both of my items work together.
I think it would help to have more info. Please supply the following info:
1- What OS & version are you using? Windows? OSX?
2- Are you running Massive as a Standalone, VST, AU or ?
I'll go with the odds & say you're using Windows 7 & Massive standalone. Did you install the USB driver for your 'MicroKEY 37'? Even though USB sometimes works without it, it usually works better with the driver. Sometimes it doesn't work at all without the driver. That would probably be a good place to start. Once you've installed the USB driver for your Korg & rebooted, then try it again.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
