About to buy a DT 25- how loud are they pls and scumback speaker questions.

Howdy all.

 

Could I run a DT 25 through a quad box and get decent volume?

And none know about scumbacks?   I want to replace the 112cab that's coming with it.

    How loud the amp will get will depend on your cabinet andspeakers (SPL rating determines that)...I have run my DT25 head though several different 412 and 212 cabs and it's a grreat head...speakers with a 103dv rating work pretty nicely with this amp...

     

    Whether it is loud enough is something you will have to decide for yourself...mine is loud enough for me and my situations...

     

    Never used scumbacks...They do look interesting.
