I have the guitar about 3 months now and have decided to update the software.  for some reason it is not connecting through the usb box.  the usb side is solid green and the variax side is flashing red.  It is green initially for about a second when I first make the connection then it starts flashing red.

help appreciated.  Am I missing something obvious here.
