My Windows Xp doesn't load my POD HD400

I would like to know how I do for my Windows XP load my Line 6 POD HD 400. I download the drivers, install, next I plug my POD HD in USB and my XP says "Is impossible load this device". What I have to do? Wait answers!

"It's impossible to load this device" is not a windows error message. Sounds like you have a virus. Do an online virus scan from Eset or Synantec.

try to uninstall the driver, restart your pc, install the driver but don't connect your pod untill the driver installation says to do the connection, restart your pc again..
