Is there anyway I can get a circuit diagram for the spider jam

    nope.

    those documents are only available to an authorized service center.

      Why? The schematics should be free to download.

      I can get a schematic for my car's electronics but not for my amp.

      Sounds like a cheap excuse to me.

      BTW an internet search & I was able to find a schematic for the Spider 15w online.

        some service centers let them end up online...

        anyway, every company manages their liability different, and line6 has chosen not to provide these things to people who may not be qualified to work on them.

        they have hundreds of service centers, just call one of them and ask them... maybe they'll help you...

        you'll have better luck if you lose the entitled attitude though, and approach them graciously.
