Here is a link to a special amp. The Power Unit at the bottom of this page sounds like it will give great power amp tone when used in conjunction with the HD for a live rig

kind of exciting
probably a good choice if you are using the POD mostly as a preamp into a traditional guitar cabinet. It doesnt appear to have any features that make it particularly suited for a POD, just looks like a tube power amp. There are already tons of them on the market....
Man, that KT88 looks like a beast...$3K...that's a bit much for me...
that's it, just that it look slike a beast with tons of headroom, a pure glorious power. I've used Randall and marshall power amps with superb results, this kind of amp which seems to be based on a pure mon master Orange amp seems especialy wonderful, if live guitar happens to be your thing
hmmm....I think I would go for this KT88 for that much scratch...I have always been very impressed with every Blackstar I have tried...this one looks interesting...Still in that Mark V price range, so it would be a difficult decision for me...but KT88s...gotta love that...
Have you looked at the DT50?
I have looked, not too impressed so far. quality of circuitry seems to have a lot to do with sound quality. just tossing the idea around. The models the HD amps were made from were all very top quality circuits, most all were hand wired with very good components. seems a shame to send the well modelled signal through more pcb's and cheap parts. just an opinion. The import Bogner stuff does not seem to hold up well from reviews i've read.
Go 2:Ninety Simul Class; it's what I'm using, and it sounds AMAZING.
they look cool, you think better than Randall rack power?
