How to make my TASCAM US -122 KK II audio card be compatible with Pod Farm V1.03.0

I have bought a Line 6 audio card some years ago. Inside it was the Pod Farm v 1.03.0 program . It worked really good. Now i have bought a TASCAM US -122 KK II audio card and installed it. But when i open POD Farm it doesn t recognise the input devices of my new audio card. Can someone tell me how to do? Should i have a new version of Pad Farm ? Thanks.
