lose drum track whern saving to sd card

I record a track with drums and it plays back with drums from internal memory- but won't save drum track to sd card

have you read the Spider Jam adavanced user guide (2*2) for the correct procedure? The manual is at the following link under "spider III"

  I just wrote a topic on this same thing...I did what the manual set...to transfer to SD card..but when is on my computer and I convert the JAM file into WAV the only thing I hear is the guitar track..
