Botched TBP06 Update - Bricked?

I've been having dropout problems with my G30 since I got it. Finally decided to sit down and try to resolve the issue. I was having trouble getting the transmitter to connect to the XD-V75 reliably, but eventually a strong enough connection was established such that the update started uploading to the transmitter pack automatically. The Audio light turned from solid amber/yellow to flickering red. A couple seconds in, however, the update failed and the process would not restart itself. Now the transmitter pack will only turn on with solid amber and purple lights and does not seem to respond to commands to change modes. I tried moving the channel selection slider to get the unit back into download mode, but doing so produced no results. It simply continues displaying purple and amber solid lights. I tried removing the batteries, but, again, no change.
The transmitter is bricked, isn't it? >:\
Hi JazzMac. It sounds like you unit is stuck in loader mode. So we recommend you power the unit up and try running Monkey again. Since it is already in loader mode you do not have to do the initial setup steps to get it into loader mode.
Please let us know if that works.
Thanks
Steve
Thanks for the reply!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't loader mode a solid amber light only? That's what I was seeing when it was in loader mode before. My TBP06 is showing solid amber and purple lights.
I tried to reconnect with Monkey to restart the upgrade process, but the XD-V75 won't connect with the transmitter. I tried to update via the G30 1.0 firmware upgrade method, but that didn't work either. A dialog box pops up that says "please select device", but that's about it.
Yes it should be solid green. Please contact customer support and arrange for a repair.
