I've bought POD GX, instaled Monkey, Farm and License manager, authorised my PC an me GX at it, logged in at Monkey, but Monkey doesn't see my GX! When I use farm it shows green bar on output indicator when I hit the strings, but still, there is no sound in speakers. What should I do with this problems?
do you have the speakers plugged into the GX (requiremement) if you're trying to hear it through laptop speakers or other speakers on your pc that would be the problem.
But why monkey doesn't see GX? And is it possible to get sound without plugging it directly in GX?
There are also lots of amps and effects which are "unavailable with my device". What does that mean?
Also, monkey doesn't update Farm (I have ver. 2.01)

check usb cable, try different ports, perhaps try downloading the drivers and installing them outside of monkey: http://line6.com/software/

only on a mac that natively supports aggregate devices... but even then, best results are with speakers into the GX (there are hack work arounds for windows... but not worthwhile or worth mentioning)

you will need to buy model packs or upgrade to platinum if you want all the models... it only comes with a limited number.

you can download a newer version at the link above, manually since it appears that monkey is mostly what is not working.
