Line 6 monkey 1.62 won't load up

Im trying to install the Line 6 monkey so I can update my hardwre, but it alwys get stuck in the same place while loading up;

The main banner says "detecting midi devices' and the grey loader is not moving anywhere beyong the middle writing "searching for all devices".
What should I do?

I would uninstall Monkey, re-download it and try a fresh install.
If you still have problems try disabling your firewall and anti-virus.
