Problem with POD X3 LIVE

I'd like to record my guitar using the POD X3 LIVE but I've a problem: when I  connect it to the computer (windows 7, USB NO HUB) the PC doesn't recognize the POD.

Now, I installed L6Monkey, I installed the drivers (with Monkey and manually), I tried to connect it to another computer, but it doesn't get recognized.

Sorry for bad english, I'm italian.
